System 1-direct refrigeration system features:
1. The evaporator adopts special aluminum alloy plate which is more durable and meets food hygiene requirements.
2. Ice thawing and ice doffing are fully automatic, therefore no manual work is needed. 
3. The ice is doffed by batch and the whole ice-doffing process only takes 25 minutes.
4. The whole batch of ice blocks can be moved by forklift. Quick and convenient.

System 2-brine refrigeration system features:
1. Ti pipe is used as evaporative coil to improve heat transfer effect and prevent rust, corrosion for longer life.
2. The part inside brine tank that touches brine water is made of PE/SS304 which bears low temperature and highly resists rusts.
3. Particular can dump and thawing tank design makes easier operation.
4. Thaw tank is heated by air discharge from compressor to save much energy and suits for low water temperature area.
5. Every brine block ice machine can be designed and built as per your specific requirements.
