Product Description
    Focusun utilizes both direct refrigeration technology and brine refrigeration technology to meet your different requirements. The standard weight & size of block ice Focusun produces are listed in the form below. Focusun can also customize the size of the block ice to meet your needs and requirements.
    Block ice has a large dimension but has small contact area so it does not melt easily. It is usually cut into different pieces for different uses in ice sculpture, sea shipping and fish vessels. The small pieces of block ice can be also be used for various purposes. There will be a little loss because the ice will thaw partly when crushed. Focusun offers both transparent and milky white ice for your preference.


    Aluminum direct refrigeration block ice machine is also called direct refrigeration block ice machine, direct fast cooling ice machine (block ice machine). The principle is to use the specially designed cooling channel of the ice making box to carry on the circulation of the low temperature refrigerant, so as to rapidly cool the water in the box and realize rapid ice making.
   Direct refrigeration block ice machine needs no brine tank, hoist, ice thawing tank and the water doe not need to add industrial salt. There is no need to change ice buckets and labors does not need 24 hours working time.

Working Principle

Water will be added automatically to ice cans and directly exchange heat with the refrigerant. When ice making is finished,the refrigeration system will change into ice doffing mode automatically in which HPHT refrigerant air will release heat to melt the surface of block ice.All the ice blocks will fall down in 25 mins.

      The water contact between the water tank and the water is made of aluminium plate, and the material is not rusty.
      Thermal defluorination. In the inlet water temperature of 20 degrees, water temperature, the ice doffing time is 23 minutes, fast and energy saving.
The overall modular equipment makes transportation, moving, field installation very simple.
      According to different ice size, we are tailor-made for customers for each direct refrigeration block ice machine.
      The direct ice block ice machine can be made into a container type container, and the ice making capacity of 20 feet container is 6 tons / day, and the maximum ice making capacity of the 40 foot container is 20 tons / day
Customers can choose the automatic ice transfer device which can be used connected to the power supply. Ice can be automatically transported to the outside of the machine, greatly improving the efficiency of artificial ice moving.

Packing & Delivery
The normal package is wooden box(Size: L*W*H). If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
