Aim: Mine cooling system aims to transfer cooled air to where the temperature need to be cooled down.
Main components of the cooling system: screw compressor, air-cooling condenser, liquid reservoir, throttling device, air cooler, gas-liquid separator and oil cooling devices.
Screw compressor: power source of mine cooling system, by which the refrigerant is to be done work to achieve the circulation of lowering the temperature.
Air-cooling condenser: Its main role is to condense high temperature and pressure refrigerant gas compressed by compressor into a saturated liquid with high temperature and pressure.
Reservoir: Due to load changes will cause the bad function of circulation system. So the reservoir conserves the excess liquid refrigerant to achieve normal circulation of the system.
Throttling device: This device is also known as thermal expansion valve. Condensed into the air-cooled condenser through When the high temperature and pressure liquid refrigerant condensed by the air-cooling condenser passes through the device, the device begins to reduce the pressure to that designed by evaporative pressures of the system.
Air-cooler: it is one of the parts of evaporator. The liquid refrigerant passing through the throttling device gets low pressure, so that the liquid refrigerant is evaporated in tube of the air-cooler by absorbing heat to cool down the temperature. The cooled air will be delivered to the destination through the air-cooler and axial fan.

When mining in the deep position of the coal mine, the temperature of the rock gets higher and the heat damage on the working area becomes more serious. The temperature of many working area exceeds 28ºC and some even over 34ºC.
